Baseline Projects — Aerial & Close-Up Asset Inspection

Engaged by Baseline Projects to deliver a dual-scope shoot covering both high-level aerial photography and detailed close-up inspection imagery of a commercial roof. The aerial pass captured the full roofscape, giving the client a clear overview of the roof's layout, condition, and surrounding context in a single frame.

From there, the focus shifted to up-close documentation of individual rooftop assets — static lines, ladders, anchor points, brackets, mechanical units, back trays, cappings, and dektites. Each asset was photographed in detail to support Baseline Projects' inspection and compliance records, providing a visual reference that's far more efficient than written notes alone.

This type of combined shoot is where drone services really earn their value — you get the big picture and the fine detail in one visit, without anyone needing to spend extra time on the roof manually documenting each item.
