TAFE Hamilton — Block B | Baseline Projects

Aerial inspection work for Baseline Constructions on Block B at TAFE Hamilton — a heritage building with a curved metal roof and limited access that made traditional inspection methods difficult and high-risk. Baseline needed eyes on the roof before planning the next stage, specifically to assess drainage points, flashings, capping condition, and the overall state of the structure.

Captured high-detail aerial imagery across the entire roof, giving the build team a clear picture of every drainage point, junction, and trouble spot — without the time, cost, or safety risk of getting a person up there. The kind of job where a drone earns its keep in the first ten minutes.
